September 25th, 2016 marked the 17th anniversary of the Day at the Races. Held at Woodbine Racetrack, guests enjoyed a champagne reception, gourmet luncheon, silent auction and an afternoon of horse racing. For the 10th consecutive year, DFC Auto Group was a proud sponsor for the annual Arthritis Research Foundation’s event, which raises and invests proceeds for the Arthritis & Autoimmunity Research Centre (AARC). The team of AARC are committed to taking their discoveries from the lab to clinical tests allowing for improved diagnoses and treatments. Ms. Ching-Kircher was a guest speaker at the event and shared her personal story about the struggle with rheumatoid arthritis and the profound impact of Dr. Keystone and his team. She stressed that carryng on her basic day-to-day activities would have been near impossible without the advanced treatments and help. With much gratitude and passion, Ms. Ching-Kircher asked that support continue to be shown to this great foundation and to share the important message.
